For new user who wishes to buy ticket in Event Pop but encountered difficulties during registration, we have included possible answers to the common problems customer may experience.
Register by E-mail
If your E-mail can’t be register, you will see a pop-up window notifying you the error. Check these common pop-up with answer below:
- Email has been registered
If you get pop-up that says your e-mail “has already been taken” please check your e-mail. You might have registered with this e-mail before. In your mailbox, you should already received a confirmation e-mail from Event Pop. If you want to use this email but you can’t remember password, request a new password by clicking ‘Sign in/Sign up’ and click ‘Forget your password’ and fill your e-mail and submit. You will receive e-mail to reset your password. If you didn’t get the e-mail, please contact our customer support.
- Invalid E-mail Address
If you get a pop-up that says your email address ‘is invalid’, please check these common reasons below:
– There’s an extra space in the middle of your username or your e-mail address.
– There’s more than one @ sign.
– There’s an invalid character like parentheses, colons, semicolons, etc.
– You’ve accidentally entered the wrong e-mail provider (ex. @yahoo or @hotmail instead of @yahoo.com or @hotmail.com)

Register by Facebook
You can use Facebook account to register Event Pop. These are some of the common problem user may experience:
- Didn’t log in Facebook before
If you didn’t log in Facebook before registering Event Pop, our system will be unable to authorize your Facebook account. You should log in Facebook and click ‘Sign in with Facebook’ again to register an Event Pop account.
- Can’t sign in with Facebook
If you click ‘Sign In with Facebook’ but it freezes or you receives an error message, please contact customer support.
