If I have filled wrong information, what are the consequences?

If you bought a ticket but filled the wrong information (First name, Last name, Email, Contact Number), your order will be processed according to that information.

In this case, contact Customer Support to change your information. Provide us your order number and the corrected information. After we have changed the information, you can download the new ticket or order confirmation in “My Wallet” menu.

NOTE: You can only change your information ‘once’ per E-Ticket or Order confirmation.
