What should I do If I didn’t receive all tickets?

Normally, E-ticket will be sent to the attendee email that you fill in the system.
If you didn’t get whole tickets that you purchase, you can follow these steps below:

  • Click “My Wallet

  • Select “Order”

  • Click “More Detail”

  • You will see all E-tickets that you have purchased and you can click download all tickets here.

  • You can click “Print ticket” It will show E-Ticket PDF file.Screen Shot 2560-12-12 at 4.06.06 PM
  • On the event day, you can print E-ticket our or you can show on smartphone with your ID card/passport.
