Fill in Application Form

To fill in the application form, you have to sign up or log in first. Then, go to the event page you want to register. You can visit Eventpop website or Eventpop application and search for the event name or enter from other social medias of the organizers. 

How to register application form on website

1. Click on  "Apply"

2. The system will take you to the application form page. Please fill in all the information required by the organizer. The required information in each form may not be the same depending on the organizer. After completing all the details, click on "Submit"

3. The system will then send the application form to the organizer and wait for the organizer to consider. You can view your application status by clicking on   "View Your Application" or check it at My Wallet menu by clicking on "Applications" sub-menu.

In the meantime, the organizer will consider your application form according to the conditions and time that the organizer has set.

How to check application form status on website

1. You can check your application status at My Wallet menu via both website and Eventpop application by clicking on "Applications" sub-menu. If the organizer approves your application form, the status will change to "Approved". You can get tickets by clicking on "Get Tickets" button or you can get tickets by clicking on "Get Ticket" in the invitation email.

If the status is "Waiting", it means that your application form is waiting to be considered by the organizer. 

Remark: After your application form is approved, you have to get ticket within the specific time shown. Otherwise, you'll not be able to get the ticket.

2. The system will take you to the invitation page. We suggest you read all the instructions before proceeding. If you're ready to proceed, click on  "Continue".

3. After that, the system will take you to checkout page and show the type of ticket you receive. Please fill in ticket information, click on " Confirm", make a payment, and it's done!

If application form was approved, What's next?

If your application form was approved. You can continue to get a ticket by process below

Accepting application invitation on Eventpop website

1. You can check your application status at My Wallet menu.  If the organizer approves your application form, the status will change to "Approved". You can get tickets by tapping on "Get Tickets" button.

If the status is  "Waiting for Review", it means that your application form is waiting to be considered by the organizer.

Remark: After your application form is approved, you have to get ticket within the specific time shown. Otherwise, you'll not be able to get the ticket.

But if your application form is rejected. You'll get email rejected.

1. Tap on "Apply"

2. The system will take you to the application form page. Please fill in all the information required by the organizer. The required information in each form may not be the same depending on the organizer. After completing all the information, tap on  "Submit".

3. The system will send the application form to the organizer and wait for the organizer to consider. The result will be announced on the date indicated on the event page. You can view your application status by tapping on  "View Your Application" or go to  "Wallet" menu to check the status of your application.
