Please noted that this service is available in only some events. The process is as follows: Remarks:  - You can change the receiver's name only 1 time/order within specific time depending on the organizer of the event - Changing the name on the Order Confirmation can only be processed through the Eventpop website. Please note that this action cannot be processed via the application. 1. Enter to [Eventpop](http://www.eventpop.me/) and log in to your account. Then, click on "My Wallet" menu or "Profile Picture" on the top right corner. 2. Choose "Order" menu 3. Choose the order you want to change the receiver's name and then choose "View Order Detail" 3. Choose "Change Receiver Info" 4. Fill in the first name and last name of the new receiver and choose "Update Receiver Information" 5. The system will pop up the confirm then choose "OK" After that, the receiver's name will be changed. You can download new order confirmation by open your order and choose "Download Order Confirmation" button.
