How to transfer ticket by picking up at event
Generally, only the ticket buyer (as shown on the order confirmation) is eligible for ticket pickup. In case, the ticket recipient is not the ticket buyer, the event organizer will reserve their right to reject the ticket pickup and event entry following to the event policy
It is highly recommended for the ticket recipient and buyer to prepare and make sure of the order confirmation and other required documents' corrections before picking up the tickets.
Please note that transferring physical tickets or wristbands varies depending on the policy of the event organizer.
Remark: To pick up tickets at venue, the staff will issue you all physical tickets under the same order at once only. You are unable to seperately pick up some of them in any case.
On the day of event, the ticket recipient must show the following documents below to pick up tickets:
1. Order Confirmation (printed or shown on mobile device)
2. Printed /paper copy of Power of Attorney with a photo of the buyer's ID card / passport with signing authorization. You can download the Power of Attorney here (Conditions depend on the organizer of the event)
3. Valid original government-issued IDs with a photo such as a passport, driver’s license, or national ID card. (depending on policy of each event). The name on passport, driver’s license, or national ID card must match the name on a copy of the power of attorney.

Remark: The power of attorney document can be signed with a pen or signed digitally on an iPad as an E-File, but it needs to be printed on paper.
