Shipping method alteration depends on the organizer policy.
In case you have chosen ‘Delivery’, you can contact our customer support team to change it to ‘Receive at Event’. Then, we’ll send you an order confirmation document by email. You can either ‘print’ or ‘download’ the order confirmation document and show on your mobile phone. Please bring the document to the event with your passport to receive your ticket.
In case you have chosen ‘Receive at Event’, and the organizer accepts the alteration to ‘Delivery’, our customer support will send you a bank account number. After transferring us the money for delivery fee, send us you payment slip, order number, and address. Then we will send the ticket to your address within 7 days.
