To buy tickets on the Event Pop system please follow steps below:
1. Go to Event Pop website
** Please use Google Chrome as your browser to get the best experience **
2. Click on “Sign in/Sign up” at the top right corner of the screen.
** If you have never signed up with Event Pop, please sign up as the steps in this FAQ
3. After signed in, at the top right corner of the screen will show your username. Then, at the top left corner (next to the Event Pop logo) is a search box. You can type in any event name or keyword that you are interested to look for details or buy tickets.
When you scroll down, you can also click on any event name or poster to see the event details or buy tickets.
When you click on the event that you are interested in, the system will take you to the event details page. On this page, you can see all of the information about the event from the organizer or you can also buy tickets.
5. To buy tickets please select the type and amount of ticket that you want, then press “Buy Tickets”
** If you can select the amount of ticket means the ticket is still available, if it shows as “Sold Out” means the ticket is already out of our stock and you won’t be able to buy it**
6. After you pressed on “Buy Tickets” button, the system will take you to the order processing page. The expiration time will show at the center of the screen as the picture below. You have to fill in all of the information correctly and press “Confirm” before the expiration time above
** If you can not finish all of the information in time, your order will be expired
and your ticket will be back in the market on our system **
Scroll down and you will see the information needed as the picture below.
7. Please fill in all of the information for both ticket buyer and ticket owner correctly. If you buy this ticket for yourself, you can check the box in front of the text “Use Ticket Buyer’s Information” to save your time on filling in your information twice. If you buy the ticket for others or more than one ticket, Please fill in every attendee names and details correctly to avoid receiving ticket issues.
8. After you have filled in all of the information correctly, scroll down and select your payment method.
9. Complete your payment.
