How to Change the Order Confirmation Name

For the policy to change the Order Confirmation document name; depends on the terms and conditions of

the organizer in each event, please contact customer support to learn more about the event organizer policy.

  • If the organizer allows attendee to change their name,
    you can change the order confirmation name in the Event Pop system within the limited time.
  • If the organizer allows attendee to give the authorization to others, or you have exceed the limited time to change the name by yourself, please follow the steps below:
    1. Make a copy of your official passport.
    2. Sign to give the authorization as the sample below.

3.  Send your evidence to Customer Support via these channels for changing name.

** You can contact Event Pop customer support everyday at 10:00–18:00 Indochina Time (UTC +7).

4. After our staff received your evidence; we will change the name and send back to you
within 1-2 days.

  • If the organizer does not allow attendee to change their name neither to give the authorization,
    the attendee will need to follow the organizer policy.
