In general, e-ticket will be sent to the attendee email that you have filled in the system when making purchase.
If you did not receive all ticket that you purchased, you can follow these steps below:
- Go to www.eventpop.me and sign in.
- Click “My Wallet“
- Click “Orders”
- Click “More Detail” you will see all e-ticket that you have purchased and you can click “Download All Tickets” here and you can choose between (.pdf) and (.zip) format file.
- You can click “Print Ticket” It will show your e-ticket in PDF format.
- On the event day, you can print your e-ticket or you can easily show your e-ticket from your mobile with your official ID card or passport.
