For customers who have purchased ticket in the e-ticket type but you would like to transfer it to your friends, you can follow these steps below :
- Go to “My wallet” , select e-ticket and click “Transfer ticket”And click “Transfer” again
- You will see the blank space to fill in the email of who you would like to transfer your e-ticket to. Then, you can click transfer to confirm.
- If you would like to cancel your transfer, you can click “Revoke”
For receiver, they have to check their email to confirm by click on “Accept This ticket” button.
For customer who is a current member of Event Pop, you can click “Accept This Ticket” and log in to see your
e-ticket on“My Wallet” immediately. If you are not registered for Event Pop yet, you have to register first.
( ** You have to fill in your Name, Email, and Phone Number correctly because it will show on your e-ticket **)
After the receiver click on “Accept This Ticket”, on their “My wallet”
they can print it out or show on their smartphone with passport to enter the event.
