What to Do If I Filled Wrong Home Address

In case you have bought tickets and choose shipping method as “Delivery” but you have filled the wrong address, you can revise your address within 7 days after completing your order. Do so by contacting our Customer Support and provide us your order number together with your new address.

You can contact Event Pop customer support everyday at 10:00–18:00 Indochina Time (UTC +7).

Tips: Wrong address may cause problems regarding parcel registration resulting in a failure in sending tickets. We will contact you to revise your delivery information within 7 days if there are any difficulties.
