What to Do If I Did Not Receive All E-ticket

In general, e-ticket will be sent to the attendee email that you have already filled in the system.
If you didn’t get all ticket that is under your name and email, you can follow these steps as below:

  • Click “My Wallet

  • Select “Order”

  • Click “More Detail”

  • You will see all of your e-ticket that you have purchased and you can click download all ticket here.

  • You can click “Print ticket” It will show your e-ticket in PDF file format.Screen Shot 2560-12-12 at 4.06.06 PM
  • On the event day, you can print your e-ticket out or you can show it from your smartphone                          along with your official passport.
