What to do If did not Receive OTP Password?

In general, you will need the OTP (One Time Password) to identify the ownership of your card,                                    by click on “Request OTP” , the system will send the OTP to your mobile phone.                                                            Then, fill in the OTP that you received and press “Submit” If the OTP is correct,                                                              the system will be able to use your card to pay for your order.



In case that you did not receive your OTP in your mobile phone, the reasons might be some for example, the internet connection is not stable, or issue about your browser.

  • If you want to buy tickets from your laptop or PC, please switch to Google Chrome  browser;                          and try to buy tickets again.
  • If you want to buy from your mobile phone, we recommend you to use Event Pop application, you can download both ios and android easily.

please contact your bank directly for this issue to ask for OTP password immediately.
