What to If I Still Not Hear from the Delivery Staff Within 7 Days

Please check your shipping status of your order first at the “My Wallet” menu. If the shipping status is still “Pending” means your order is still waiting for the registration queue. If the shipping status is “Packed” for more than 7 days, please contact Event Pop Customer Support and provide your order number to report the issue.
