How to check Order Details

After successfully purchasing the ticket, you can check the order details by following these steps:

How to check Order Details via Eventpop website

1. Visit Eventpop website and log in to your account. Then, click on your profile picture or "My Wallet" menu in the top right corner.

2. Click on "View Order Detail" menu on the order you want to check.

3. Scroll down. You will see the details of your purchased order.

How to check Order Details via Eventpop application

1. Open Eventpop application and log in to your account. Then, click on "Wallet" menu.

2. Click on "View All" menu.

3. Click on the order you would like to check.

4. Then, click on "View Detail" menu.

5. You will see the details of your purchased order.

How to check Order Details via Email

1. Go to the inboxes of your email address. You will see an Order Confirmation email.

2. Scroll down. You will see the details of your purchased order.

Remark: Please check the inboxes, spam, or junk of your email address filled in the ticket.
