How to Merge Guest Account


You can create an account with the email address used to purchase ticket(s) to merge account. So, you will be able to download Tax invoice, check your ticket(s), submit refund request or etc. by following the instructions below.

  1. Create an account using email address used for purchase ticket(s)

  2. Click on Profile picture and click on "Account Settings"

  3. Select "Guest Accounts"

  4. Click on "Accept Merge" of the order you would like to merge

Remark: Currently, this feature supports only on website.
