Payment by Payment Plan

What is a Payment Plan?

A Payment Plan allows you to pay for your tickets and service fees in installments with no credit card required as you can select to make a payment with other available payment methods. You are required to pay a fixed Layaway Fee in your first installment, which is a flat fee and not an interest. You will receive your event tickets only after all installments have been completed. 


Please be aware that if you miss a payment or fail to complete the payment within the scheduled due date, you will not receive your tickets, and all completed payments are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Remark: 

  • The layaway fee, first installment amount, available payment methods, and the installment period may vary depending on the specific terms and conditions of each event.

Payment Plan Information

  • Your tickets will become valid only after all installments have been completed.
  • A fixed Layaway Fee applies at a flat fee. (This is not an interest.)
  • You are required to pay a specified deposit amount in the first installment, and the remaining balance will be divided into equal installments.
  • Each installment amount may vary slightly due to rounding, but the total amount will not exceed your original order total.
  • All completed payments are non-refundable. Please review your order details carefully before proceeding.
  • No refund, cancellation, or modification can be made once the payment plan is selected under any circumstances.

Policy on Missed Payments and Cancellation

  • You will have a 14-day grace period to complete the payment after the due date.
  • If you do not complete the installment within 14 days after the due date, your order may be canceled. In this case, all previously completed payments for both ticket fee, service fees and other fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Please review and plan your payments carefully. You can check your billing statements through your credit card or bank.
  • In case you select to receive tickets by delivery, your order will not be shipped or delivered until all installments have been completed.



How to make payment by Payment Plan via Eventpop Website

For the "Payment Plan" (Layaway) option, you can choose to split your order total into installments based on the specific terms and conditions set by the event organizer. The steps to make payment by Payment Plan on the website are as follows:

Remark: Payment Plan may be available only in some events.

  1. Once you are on the payment type page, select the "Reserve First, Pay in Installment (Payment Plan)" menu and click the "Continue" button.
  2. The system will display the installment plan details. You can select the Installment Period that you prefer (available periods may vary depending on the event's terms and conditions).
  3. The system will then calculate the amount for each installment payment.
  4. Choose your preferred Payment Method for the first installment. (Please note that the payment method for the next installments can be changed to complete a payment later.)
  5. Please review the Payment Plan policy and Payment amount of each installment carefully. Then, select the checkbox to agree with terms and conditions, and click the "Continue" button to complete the payment.
  6. After the first payment is completed successfully, the system will show a confirmation page with your Order Number and the installment periods remaining to complete for your order.

How to Check Billing and Pay Next Installment Period

Once you have started a Payment Plan, you can check your remaining balance, installment periods and proceed with the next installment payment through the Eventpop website by following these steps:

  1. Click on your profile icon in the top right corner and select the "My Wallet" menu.
  2. Select the order (which will show a "Partially Paid" status), and click the "View Order Detail" button.
  3. On the order summary page, you can check the "Billing" section to review your installment details. To proceed with the next installment period, click the "Pay Next Installment Period" button.
  4. Select your preferred payment method, double-check the payment amount, and click the "Confirm Payment" button to complete the payment.

Remark:

  • You can review your "Payment History" at the bottom of the Order Detail page to see the date you completed a payment and the status of each previous completed installments.
  • Please ensure payments are made within the timeframe specified in the billing table to maintain your ticket reservation.
