Problems and Questions about Add-on Ticket
I can't select amount of add-on ticket. What should I do?
If the event organizer sets a limited quota of add-on ticket that a customer can buy, you will be able to select and buy add-on tickets within the limited amount only.
If you already have add-on tickets, you will not be able to purchase any add-on tickets anymore.
I can't buy add-on ticket. There is an error saying "This event allow user to buy 1 ticket/person". What should I do?
If you are facing with this error, it means that you have already bough an add-on ticket. You will not be able to buy more add-on tickets since it will exceed the ticket quota as set by the event organizer.

Add-on tickets are all "Sold Out". What should I do?
In some events, there are limited amount of add-on tickets. If the add-on tickets are sold out, you will not be able to buy them. Please stay tuned for further announcement from the event organizer. If they add more ticket quota, you will be able to purchase it as usual.
