Ticket Protect Service Policy
Ticket Protect is an additional service/charge that can be opted in to extend the terms and conditions of the exchange trading policy, such as the right to receive a refund if you are unable to attend an event booked under the stated circumstances.
In case there is a refund in the event, your refund application form and payment document will be handled by the Ticket Protect team who acts as a representative in respect of these extended Refund Terms & Conditions. All refund applications and processes will be handled under our name.
