K2O Songkran Music Festival FAQ
Documents for Wristband Collection, Venue, and Event Details
You can collect your wristband at the designated exchange point on the day of the event starting from 12:00 PM onwards. You must prepare the following documents for collection:
- E-Ticket with QR Code: You can check your E-Ticket by following this article. (E-Ticket can be shown on your phone)
- ID Card / Passport or any government-issued ID that clearly displays your full name and photo.ThaID Application is also accepted.
- Venue: S2O LAND, Ratchadaphisek (Map)
- Wristband Exchange & Activity Zones: Open from 12:00 PM.
- Front of Stage Zone: Access opens from 5:00 PM onwards.
- Show Time: The concert starts at 6:00 PM and is expected to end around 11:15 PM. Please confirm the exact schedule with the staff at the venue.
- Entry Policy: Entry is organized on a first-come, first-served basis.
Is there an age limit for the event?
There is no age limit. However, attendees under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a guardian. Every attendee must have a valid ticket for entry.
Can I leave the event and come back in?
No Re-Entry. You are allowed to enter the event only once. Please ensure you have all necessary belongings ready before entering the venue.
What if the name on my E-Ticket (QR Code) is misspelled?
If there are minor typos or misspellings in your name/surname on the E-ticket, you can still verify your identity by presenting your physical ID card or Passport to the staff at the venue for inspection.
What if the names on multiple E-Tickets are identical?
If the names are identical, you should use the Ticket Transfer feature to send the E-ticket to the other attendees. Once the recipient accepts the transfer, the information on the E-ticket will automatically update to match the recipient's account details. What should I do if I can no longer attend the event?
If the ticket owner is unable to attend, you can transfer the ticket to someone else through the Eventpop system. You can find more details on how to transfer tickets in this article.
If you purchase a Ticket Protect Service and the reason for refund is included in the Ticket Protect policy, you can submit the refund form by following this article.
Wristband Policy

Lost Wristbands: You will be required to purchase a new ticket in all cases.

Damaged Wristbands: If your wristband is damaged, please bring the original wristband (including the Tag/Chip) to the Eventpop Help Desk for verification. There is a replacement fee of 300 THB per wristband.
