Documents for Wristband Collection, Venue, and Event Details

If you selected to pick up a wristband(s) at the venue

You can collect your wristband from 3.30 PM (GMT+7) onwards on the event date by preparing the document as follows :

1. Order Confirmation, you can show it on a mobile phone or print it. How to check Order Confirmation click here

2. ID Card / Passport or any government-issued ID that clearly displays your full name and photo.ThaID Application is also accepted

When can I pick up my wristband?

Tickets can be redeemed any day from 11–13 April 2026 and are available in advance or on the event day throughout the specified hours. Ticket redemption does not need to match the event attendance date; however, tickets must be used only on the date specified on the ticket holder’s name.

In case the ticket buyer is unable to attend the event on that day / would like to let other person receiving the wristband(s) on their behalf

If you selected to pick up a wristband(s) at the venue

Option 1
The recipient's name on the Order Confirmation can be edited only once via the Eventpop website until 10th April 2026 at 11:59 PM. You may find more details in this article

Option 2
The ticket buyer must prepare a power of attorney in paper form and give it to the designated person who is going to pick up the wristband(s) on your behalf. You may find the information about how to sign the authorized letter

Please note that the power of attorney MUST be an original document. The photo cannot be used.

On the event day, the designated person must present 3 documents as follows:

Order Confirmation (Printed / Shown on mobile device)
Power of Attorney (in paper form)
Original Passport / ID Card of the designated person

Remark: The designated person will pick up ALL wristbands under the same order.

If you selected to receive a wristband by delivery

Once you receive the wristband from delivery, you can provide a wristband to the new attendee. There’s no name specific on the wristband.

Is there an age limit for the event?

All attendees must be 20 years of age or older, and each attendee will be required to show their original ID/passport to verify age for entry.

Refund Policy

Once the payment has been completed, tickets cannot be refunded, canceled, exchanged, upgraded, or have the event date changed under any circumstances.

If you purchase a Ticket Protect Service and the reason for the refund is included in the Ticket Protect policy, you can submit the refund form by following this article.

If I purchase for All 3 Days ticket type. Do I have to wear a wristband every day?

All 3 Days wristband types must not be removed throughout the 3-day festival period. We recommend you do not cut or modify the wristband. If removed/cut, the wristband is considered damaged and will need to be replaced with a new one, and will incur an additional fee.

Wristband Policy

Lost Wristbands: You will be required to purchase a new ticket in all cases.
Damaged Wristbands: If the wristband is damaged, you must bring the old wristband along with the chip (Tag) to verify information at the Eventpop Help Desk only. There is an additional charge of 500 THB per wristband.
